Sales Development Representative

Voxtell sells one flat plan with AI included, so the SDR job is refreshingly simple: find businesses that are missing calls, show them what always answering looks like, and book the demo.

Speed matters. You get to inbound demo requests first, and you fill the rest of your day with focused outbound to small and medium businesses.

You will run an AI-assisted prospecting stack for research, list building, and personalization, then do the part AI cannot: pick up the phone and have a real conversation. You will sell a product you use every day, and demo calls answered by the same AI receptionist you are selling.

• Respond to inbound demo requests fast and qualify them into booked demos
• Run outbound calls to small and medium businesses across Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Miami
• Use AI for account research, list building, and first-draft personalization, then make the calls yourself
• Book qualified demos and hand them off with notes the demo team can run with
• Keep the CRM clean so the pipeline numbers are real
• Feed what you hear on the phones back to marketing and product

• 1+ years in outbound sales or high-volume customer-facing work
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• You like the phone. Our product answers calls; you enjoy making them
• Coachable, curious, and organized enough to run your own day
• Comfortable running an AI-assisted prospecting stack

• Experience selling to SMBs or in telecom, SaaS, or local services
• Spanish or Portuguese
