What You’ll Earn

• $20/HR base pay while you learn and grow
• $3,500+ per sale in uncapped commissions

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working outdoors, 6 days a week, introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar
• Educating, building value, and setting appointments with qualified homeowners
• Managing your own daily performance and territory
• Competing with teammates and chasing greatness every day
