• Address client inquiries regarding their current policies with clarity and helpfulness.
• Contact Customers at renewal and review policies and Cross Sell other lines.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing questions promptly.
• Review customer portfolios to identify potential gaps in coverage and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Document all client interactions accurately within our internal database.
• Support the wider sales team by asking for referrals and selling and writing policies.
• Foster a positive experience for every client who reaches out to our office.

• Active Florida 2-20 , 2044 or 4-40 insurance license.
• Sales experience is a plus but you MUST be sales minded.
• You will be required to upsell and cross sell to individual insurance needs.
• Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Clear and patient communication style, both spoken and written.
• Ability to solve problems independently while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Understanding of various insurance policy types and coverage options.
