Our continued growth has created an opportunity to add an experienced Pest Control Sales Inspector to our Orlando team.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just another pest-control job. We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems for customers, and wants the opportunity to grow their income and career as our company continues to expand.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position for someone who understands pest control, knows how to identify pest and structural issues, communicates well with customers, and is comfortable recommending and selling the appropriate solutions.

This is not a door-to-door sales position. You'll meet with residential and commercial customers, perform thorough inspections, identify pest problems and conducive conditions, develop solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales.

• Termite treatments and prevention
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Bed bug treatments
• Commercial General Household Pest (GHP) services
• Other pest-control solutions based on customer needs

• Perform detailed residential and commercial pest inspections
• Identify pest activity, entry points, damage, and conducive conditions
• Explain findings clearly and professionally to customers
• Recommend appropriate treatment and prevention options
• Prepare accurate proposals and estimates
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
• Close sales and help customers choose the right solution
• Maintain accurate inspection, proposal, and customer records
• Coordinate with our service and office teams after the sale
• Develop relationships with commercial customers and property managers
• Represent Infinite Pest Solutions professionally throughout the Orlando market

Hourly pay + commission

This position provides the stability of hourly compensation along with commission opportunities based on sales performance.

Full-time – 40 hours per week

• 3+ years of pest-control experience preferred
• 3+ years of Rodent Exclusion Experience preferred
• Pest-control inspection or sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of termites, rodents, bed bugs, and general pest control strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to inspect structures thoroughly, including areas where pest activity may be present
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale
• Organized and able to manage estimates and follow-ups
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

The ideal candidate isn't someone who simply walks through a property and gives a price.

We're looking for someone who can find the problem, understand why it's happening, explain it to the customer, build confidence in the solution, and close the sale.

You should be comfortable working independently while also communicating closely with our service and office teams.
