Roofing Sales Manager

Our client is expanding its roofing division and is looking for a strong residential roofing salesperson who wants a real opportunity to grow into leadership.

You’ll start by running appointments and selling. As the division grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team of reps and eventually run an entire roofing office.

If you’re a strong roofing producer looking for a genuine path into leadership, this could be a great opportunity.

• Run in-home appointments provided by the team.
• Inspect roofs, take measurements, and build estimates.
• Present roofing options and close both retail and insurance deals.
• Walk homeowners through financing.
• Hire, train, and lead sales reps as the division grows.
• Work with operations to keep jobs on schedule and customers satisfied.

• 2+ years of residential roofing sales experience in the home.
• Proven earnings and sales numbers you can back up.
• Comfortable inspecting and measuring roofs.
• Insurance claim and storm restoration experience is a strong plus
  .
• Experience selling with financing.
• Willingness to start as a producer before moving into management
  .
• Experience training or leading reps is a strong plus.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Base + Commission + Override

Top producers earn $150,000+
