Job Description & How to Apply Below
- We are a fast-growing, boutique residential property management company serving Orlando and Tampa, Florida. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence while delivering best-in-class property management services to our rental owners, investors, tenants, and vendors. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with significant room for career advancement.
- As a Business Development Specialist, you are the primary force driving our company’s growth. This role is built for a proactive sales professional who is not content with simply waiting for leads to come in.
- While you will receive warm inbound leads, 60% of your time will be explicitly dedicated to outbound prospecting, networking, and direct pipeline generation. You will be both a filter—ensuring clients are a strong fit for our services—and a magnet—actively seeking out and converting property owners, investors, and strategic partners.
- Execute a proactive outbound sales strategy to uncover new business opportunities.
- Continuously build and nurture relationships with local realtors, mortgage brokers, title companies, and property investor groups.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone calls, video, email, direct messaging, and networking events.
- Engage with high-level investors and local real estate groups.
- Respond to company-provided warm inbound leads rapidly and effectively.
- Qualify prospects to ensure their property portfolios align with our management standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations (in-person, via video, or onsite property reviews) to advise on rental valuation and explain our value proposition.
- Onboard new properties by completing necessary service agreements and documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records, statuses, and follow-up schedules in our CRM system.
- Track metrics to stay accountable to weekly and monthly growth targets.
- Stay informed on current market trends, rental rates, and regional real estate laws to provide expert guidance.
- Deliver legendary customer service to lay the foundation for long-term client retention and referrals.
- Experience:
Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or real estate/property management sales. - Licensing:
Active Florida Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain). - Driver Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance coverage (reliable vehicle required for client visits).
- Outbound Hustle:
Self-motivated with a strong economic drive and hunger to prospect. - Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding phone presence, video etiquette, and in-person presentation skills. - Responsive & Organized:
Excellent time-management skills to balance outbound prospecting with client appointments. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRMs, lead tracking systems, and modern sales tools. - Coachable:
Positive, "can-do" attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and receive ongoing coaching. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Health insurance coverage (50/50 company match)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays
- Professional development, sales training, and mentorship
Compensation: Top performers will earn between $60,000 - $120,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission)
