MEP Senior Sales Executive

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish customer rapport with products and services
• Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service/project members
• Continually call on assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
• Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
• Effectively and efficiently manage sales leads, customer orders and current projects in Sales Force
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics, including knowledge of local competitive pricing and must be able to apply economic consideration: first cost, operating cost, owning cost, to projects on candidate is working.
• Work with operations team to prepare and submit all technical data for approval. Review of all submittals and orders prior to processing.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report potential claims.
• Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions

• 3-5 years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP) - Experience in HVAC Sales Highly Preferred
• Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
• Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
• Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
• Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
• Salesforce experience preferred.

• Highly competitive base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based commission/ annual bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80-$100k + Commission (DOE)
