P3 Fiber Solutions is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xfinity Campaign sales team in the Orlando area. This is an independent 1099 contractor opportunity offering a flexible schedule, uncapped commissions, and the ability to build your own book of business. If you are competitive, comfortable speaking with customers, and motivated by performance-based income, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

• Represent leading fiber internet providers in assigned territories
• Educate homeowners about available internet services and promotions
• Generate new customers through multiple sales strategies, including:
• Door-to-door canvassing
• Social media and online networking
• Customer referrals
• Real estate agent and property manager partnerships
• Flyers and local marketing
• Manage customer relationships from the initial conversation through installation
• Build referral sources and develop repeat business within your market

• Uncapped commission income

This is a commission-only, independent contractor position. Earnings are based entirely on individual sales performance, completed installations, and the applicable commission structure. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
