About the RoleWe are looking for highly motivated, coachable candidates with strong communication skills. We can teach everything else. The position we are filling is our INBOUND SALES SPECIALIST role. The customers call you. Our agents do NO COLD CALLS and NO PROSPECTING

- Assist customers in meeting their life insurance needs.
- Learn and follow our sales process.
- Highly motivated and coachable individuals.
- Comfortable or experienced with commission-based sales.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to commute to our Maitland office.
- Must live in the greater Orlando, Florida area.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Computer/Tech savvy.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Life insurance FL 214 or FL 215 license (or ability to pass the state test to acquire license).
Pay is commission and bonus-based. Our average agents bring home between $10,000-$12,000 per month, with many earning more. Top agents earn $350K++.
