• Months 1-6 | Junior: Master the 3D design process and consultative flow ($125K – $180K annual pace).
• Months 7-18 | Senior: Refine high-ticket closing techniques ($180K – $250K annual pace).
• Year 2+ | Lead: Opportunity to train new consultants, first look for management opportunities ($250K+ annual pace).
