The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, personal engagement, and exceptional customer service. This onsite role serves clients in-store and digitally, sharing fashion and trend expertise while achieving sales and client-development goals.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate styling and brand knowledge.
- Use digital tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and sell products.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fashion, styling, fashion retail, and commission sales.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and comfort with technology.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and flexibility in work schedule.
