As a Security Officer - Government Property Walks in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to deter security‑related incidents. You will interact with the public and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential issues and reassure employees and visitors.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Complete security‑related documentation and incident reports as required.

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred A guard card or license.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per applicable law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
