Learn more:  As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a government location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting site operations as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols and while on duty.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any actions taken during shifts.
• Follow all instructions from site management and Allied Universal leadership, adapting to changing conditions and requirements at the government facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
