• Valid Florida Driver License preferred.
• Previous security experience required.
• Basic English language communications required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent observation, communication, guest service and report writing skills.
• Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Thoroughly understand all hotel emergency response procedures and respond appropriately to all situations. Monitors/controls access to all facility employee entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
• Patrol front of house, back of house and exterior hotel areas, reporting any safety or security hazards, unacceptable behavior, or suspicious persons to Security Supervisor for direction and resolution.
• Respond to all guest and employee incidents, gathering information and securing area if necessary to preserve evidence.
• Other duties as assigned.
