Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Walks in ORLANDO, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control measures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols within the location.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security‑related activities as required by site procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to address security‑related concerns and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- A guard card or license preferred.
