You will serve and safeguard clients in the retail/mall environment. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol the retail location, deter security‑related incidents, maintain a visible presence, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service.

Part‑time

$18.60 / Hour

• Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or management.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to customers and staff.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security‑related concerns and support daily operations.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen per applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
