Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services, is seeking an Industrial Security Professional Associate / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.
ResponsibilitiesAs the CPSO associate you will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs as well as collateral efforts. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- All aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4 and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and others as applicable.
- Completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
We're looking for a self-driven and results-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. As a CPSO, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple special access programs, build relationships with government customers and industry partners, and contribute to the success of our security team. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal relations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RequirementsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - A company-sponsored secret is required to start.
Desired Skills- Excellent computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and security clearances.
- Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
