Overview
Excelsior Defense is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to patrol and secure assigned premises in a gated HOA community. The Security Officer will identify risks to the community and monitor the premises, including overnight coverage from 10:30pm to 6:30am to maintain a disturbance-free property. The Security Officer will challenge individuals who are suspicious in nature or exhibit suspicious actions and perform duties with a high level of attention and a positive attitude.
Excelsior Defense aims to develop and maintain professional security officers who provide service at the highest level and quality, delivering reliable security that honors obligations.
Schedule- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Time: 10:30pm to 6:30am
- Control access onto the property
- Conduct patrols with Company Car
- Ticketing vehicles within gated areas
- Report writing
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
- Valid security license (active)
- Must have a good driving record
- Detailed report writing
- Integrity and professionalism
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Base Rate: $16.00 per hour
