As a Security Officer - Unarmed Government Site Patrol
, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing directions and answering questions while maintaining access control procedures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required, following all relevant protocols.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
- Criminal history considered following applicable laws.
- License requirements subject to state or local laws.
- Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
