Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to any security-related concerns or incidents at the location.
An armed guard card or license is required.
CPR certification is preferred.
