Job Description

You will be the Security Manager for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Hypersonics Programs primarily focused on the Air Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW). Your team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the ARRW program and other related hypersonic efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing a security staff and supporting all program level leadership. You will also be responsible for managing all security processes and procedures, including Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, Sub-contractor Management, proposals, and close-outs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all security processes and procedures across multiple classification levels (collateral secret and SAP)
• Managing a security staff
• Coordinating Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management
• Developing and managing proposals and closeouts
• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and policies
• Supporting all program level leadership and management
• Serving as the lead/focal point as the ARRW Security operational leader

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
