Provide security detail as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Security personnel will maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent customer service.

• Monday: 6:00 am – 10:00 am
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm (as required)

• Control of entrances and traffic of pedestrians and vehicles.
• Patrol buildings and perimeters.
• Escort material and personnel.
• Inspect security and fire exposures.
• Perform special assignments as directed.

• Be on time and report to the post in full uniform.
• Maintain a professional image, greeting customers, visitors and employees politely.
• Stay proactive and familiar with post orders and any updates.
• Patrol the property or maintain a fixed post, reporting suspicious activity or incidents.
• Monitor cameras or equipment continuously as outlined in post orders.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency policies and procedures to respond to alarms or incidents.
• Complete daily activity reports, log book entries and incident reports.
• Recommend safety and loss‑prevention improvements.
• Operate and maintain life‑safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and other equipment.
• Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met per AFS and regulatory agencies.
• Communicate daily with the Security Supervisor about any security issues.

• Honest, alert, and well‑disciplined in safeguarding employee and customer property.
• Strong customer‑service orientation aligned with Andy Frain Services Mission Statement.
• Effective communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Team‑player who follows directions and facilitates progressive change.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Florida SeSecurity D License.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen; offer contingent upon completion.
• Minimum 3–6 months of experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems or access control.
