As a Security Officer Visitor Welcome Services in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will be a welcoming, professional presence for employees, visitors, and clients. You will monitor access, support security-related procedures, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution location by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of access-control procedures.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
