CAR WASH EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

CAR WASH EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

ROLE: Looking to add experienced and like‑minded members to Car Wash facilities team. Need energetic people who want to contribute to a fun atmosphere, work hard and be rewarded for a job well done. Responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs and overall servicing of car wash equipment and accessories.

• Perform the necessary technical services at sites for maintenance and repair of equipment and accessories.
• Identify parts for replacement or replacement of components.
• Continuously develop and expand knowledge of chemicals, parts, materials, supplies, services, components, and equipment.
• Ensure that all time and materials are accounted for.
• Focus on quality service, minimize errors and re‑work by focusing on details, checking results, and ensuring accuracy.
• Follow safety and security guidelines and set a safe work example for others.
• Act as an on‑call technician for emergencies according to the team schedule.
• Render on‑site and phone technical assistance.
• Plumbing and STIG welding may be required.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, Timesheets, etc.
• Operate in a safe manner in accordance with safety guidelines; wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and job duties.
• Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Preference given to Technical School graduates.
• 3+ years minimum of hands‑on car wash equipment repair and maintenance.
• General mechanical/electrical ability necessary.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, & maintenance.
• Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and pumps is helpful.
• Experience in car wash operations and related customer service preferred.
• Experience, knowledge, and demonstrated effectiveness in car wash equipment maintenance and repair.
• Travel required.
• Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
