Lead the Crew That Keeps Florida’s Roofs in Top Shape

RAMCON Roofing is expanding our Orlando Service Department and looking for an experienced Service Foreman to lead one of our high‑performing service crews. You’ll take charge of daily operations, guide technicians in the field, and make sure every repair meets RAMCON’s standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Lead and mentor a crew of skilled service technicians on commercial and industrial roofing systems.
• Plan and execute daily service schedules using Data Forma and RAMCON Connects.
• Review work orders, scope, materials, and safety requirements before each job.
• Perform and oversee leak investigations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
• Conduct final inspections and submit detailed documentation and photos.
• Communicate professionally with clients, account managers, and service leadership.
• Maintain RAMCON vehicles, equipment, and tools in top working order.
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial roofing with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Standing Seam systems.
• Leadership: Ability to train, coach, and motivate technicians.
• Professionalism: Dependable, safety‑focused, and client‑oriented.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort working at heights.
