The HVAC Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.

• Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned
• Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs
• Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites
• Pick up and clean grounds and common areas
• Perform light carpentry work
• Conduct drywall repairs and finish work
• Touch up painting
• Take after-hours "on-call" duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the property
• Address areas posing risks to life safety (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.) immediately

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance. Candidates should have excellent diagnostic skills, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently. Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues is essential.
