Traveling Roofing Service Technician
Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Roofing Service Technician/Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conducting complete roof inspections, including steep slope roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
Conduct thorough and complete roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies. As well as locating leaks during some inspections.
Set up and climb ladders(up to 40 feet) safely by yourself on occasion; familiarity with operating man lifts is not required but appreciated.
Travel throughout the United States approximately 85% of the time, preferably residing within 30 miles of a major airport, no more than 60.
Utilize roofing software applications (experience in particular with CenterPoint, FCS, etc. is a plus).
Maintain effective communication with clients and team members through email, texts, phone calls, and apps.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in Roofing. Exterior repairs such as siding, gutters, windows, and doors are preferred.
A prime candidate for this position should have a strong background in ROOF maintenance, general repair, and construction.
A valid Driver's License is required.
Proficient with smartphones for operational software and generally tech savvy with email and the internet.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in English is required.
GED or high school diploma preferred.
The ability to proficiently read a write is required.
