Pay
: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule
:
Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Pipe Foreman include
:
- Planning & Administration - Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources.
- Equipment & Materials - Planning 3 weeks ahead, ordering materials, equipment, supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries.
- Field Supervision - Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations.
- Job Site Presence - Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings.
- Project Manager Collaboration - Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office.
Qualified candidates will have
:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the installation of chilled water piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals.
- Ability to lay out and create simple drawings for prefab.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
