Overview
Pipe Foreman with expertise in underground utility and storm system installations for new commercial development projects in the Central Florida market. Operate the excavator and manage a 3–4 person crew to complete underground work in coordination with general contractors and grade crews for new commercial, retail, and restaurant developments for national tenants.
Responsibilities- Operate the excavator and supervise a 3–4 person crew on underground utility installations.
- Coordinate with general contractors and grade crews to complete underground work for new developments.
- Manage daily operations during the underground phase and report directly to the superintendent.
Project sizes range from 1–10 acres and will include all facets of underground utility installations.
