• Utilize expertise in HVAC systems, including design, refrigeration, and air conditioning, to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient field service operations.
• Assist in plumbing and building activities as needed.

• Must provide your own tools that are required to conduct job effectively (i.e. hand tools, Volt-Ohm meter, charging gauges, and service wrench).

• Prior experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on air conditioning.
• Proficiency in HVAC design, refrigeration techniques, and boiler operations.
• Familiarity with property maintenance procedures.
• Hands-on experience in field service operations.
• Ability to interpret schematics accurately.
