Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our growing team!

Maintenance Technician II

Location:

Timberleaf Apartments, Orlando, FL

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 or more years Maintenance experience in a multi-family apartment style community

* EPA 608 type I & II or EPA Universal is a very strong requirement for this position

* Ability to work independently in multi-site or larger properties, and within a Team environment

* Strong communications skills, excellent resident/customer service abilities, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

* Valid/Active Driver's License (verified during background process)

Responsibilities:

* Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property

* Float to Crescent Crossings to assist per Manager needs

* Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines

* Manage service requests and ensure timely completion

* Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act

* Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment

* Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner

* Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service

* Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development

* Assist in property preventative maintenance plan

* Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds

* Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime

Requirements:

* Education:

* High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred

* Experience:

* Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper

* Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.

* Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws

* Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

* Skills &

Certifications:

* EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, required

* Valid Driver's License required

* Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
