Join ZRS Management as a Maintenance Technician in Orlando, FL.

Our maintenance team provides exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver skilled, efficient, and professional service.

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and any other needed areas.
• Execute apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete the turnover checklist (install blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, drip pans, door stoppers, caulk, and miscellaneous repairs).
• Conduct common‑area maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and shutter issues.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in the area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• HVAC certification preferred.

• Effective time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to change in a composed manner.
• Respect for and maintenance of confidentiality.
• Maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Clear communication with residents.
• Work cooperatively in a teamwork environment.
• Willingness to work on‑call hours.
