Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain apartment units and property facilities in Orlando. You will diagnose and fix electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and assist with grounds maintenance.
You will complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs, address housing residents’ work orders, and support renovations to keep properties in excellent condition. Must have own tools and at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
