SummarySeeking a Repair Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting radio or electronic equipment. Responsibilities include depot repair, upgrades, programming, cleaning equipment, and maintaining documentation such as serial numbers, model numbers, and equipment features.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and program radio equipment.
- Perform depot-level repair and refurbishment activities.
- Document serial numbers, model numbers, and equipment configurations.
- Use telecommunications test equipment including DVMs, Service Monitors, and Watt Meters.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- High school or Equivalent. CET Preferred 1 to 3 years of radio, electronics, or telecommunications repair experience.
- Familiarity with telecommunications test equipment.
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
- MSI radio experience preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation
