Take Pride in Your Work? So Do We.

dyman, we're looking for an experienced craftsman who believes a job should be done right the first time.

We're growing our Central Florida team and looking for a dependable, skilled professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering quality repairs and improvements for residential and commercial customers.

We're not looking for someone who knows a little about everything. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience across multiple trades who can confidently assess and complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects.

If you're a skilled craftsman who wants to spend more time doing quality work and less time chasing leads, answering customer calls, or managing appointments, we'd like to meet you.

We provide the tools and operational support to help you succeed:

• Your own company-provided van and gas card
• An office team that handles incoming calls, scheduling, and customer coordination
• An established brand with a reputation for quality workmanship
• A variety of residential and commercial projects
• Company-provided iPad and Service Titan technology
• A supportive team with experienced technicians available for consultation
• Scheduling flexibility for important personal and family commitments
• An opportunity to grow with an expanding Central Florida operation

Our technicians complete a wide variety of small and medium-sized projects, typically ranging from a few hours to multiple days.

Common projects include:

• Drywall repairs, installation, finishing, and texture matching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Carpentry, trim, baseboards, doors, and hardware
• Bathroom and kitchen repairs and improvements
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical work within applicable licensing requirements
• General residential and commercial maintenance
• Diagnosing repair issues and recommending practical solutions

Every day is a little different. We value technicians who enjoy variety and take pride in their ability to solve problems.

Quality Workmanship: You take pride in the finished product, pay attention to details, and strive to avoid callbacks.

Independence: You can assess a project, identify the materials needed, plan your work, and complete assignments without constant supervision.

Reliability: You show up on time, communicate professionally, and follow through on commitments.

Customer Service: You treat customers, their families, and their property with respect. You explain your work clearly and make honest recommendations.

Productivity: You understand the importance of working efficiently, accurately documenting your time, and completing projects within reasonable expectations without sacrificing quality.

Teamwork: Although you'll work independently much of the day, you're part of a larger team. You communicate with dispatch, support fellow technicians, and ask for assistance when necessary.

Organization: You maintain your tools, keep your company vehicle clean and organized, and complete accurate job documentation using Service Titan.

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

• Approximately 8 or more years of relevant professional handyman, residential remodeling, construction, or property maintenance experience
• Strong proficiency in at least three major repair or improvement trades
• Working knowledge of several additional trades
• The ability to…
