Pay Range: $25 - $35 / hour Spiffs, Commissions, and Performance Bonuses

As a frontline representative of our brand, you will service, diagnose, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems across West Orlando.

• Master Diagnostics & Repair
  :
  Troubleshoot complex electrical and refrigerant issues using advanced diagnostic tools (gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, airflow instruments).
• Precision Installations
  :
  Install split systems, package units, ductwork, smart thermostats, and related components with clean, professional craftsmanship.
• Preventative Excellence
  :
  Perform thorough maintenance (brazing/soldering, cleaning coils, clearing drain lines, calibrating components) to ensure maximum system longevity.
• Customer Advocacy
  :
  Confidently educate homeowners and small business owners on system upgrades, maintenance best practices, and options that enhance comfort and efficiency.

• Reliability

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential and/or light commercial).
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Completion of formal HVAC training or an accredited apprenticeship program.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Your own standard set of HVAC hand tools and meters.
• A professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
