We are looking for skilled, reliable Maintenance employees with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn our unique construction/renovation process from our talented team and grow with our company.

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, back filling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation, Drywall, Plumbing, electrical, Mini Split Hvac Installation, Paint and Etc.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

• Must have at least two (2) years of construction experience, ideally in a multi-family residential company.
• Must be able to regularly travel to job sites.
• Must be able to travel via airplane to job sites, at Company's expense
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions
• Own maintenance tools
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 100 pounds.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends
• Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
• Sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, climbing. Ability to work in cramped, dirty/dusty and cold or hot conditions.
