Part‑time;
Wednesday through Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. plus 1 weekend day every 7 weeks. Shift: Days.

• Supports education and skills of the interdisciplinary team to advocate for and enhance atraumatic care and comfort techniques throughout the facility.
• Provides training and supervision for volunteers and maintains positive working relationships with them.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions. Maintains an organized and clean work environment, including playroom, workspace, and storage areas.
• Provides developmentally appropriate education for patients and their families related to medical procedures, diagnoses, pain management, grief, and bereavement.
• Uses play as a primary resource with patients and siblings to enhance coping, promote mastery and control, and encourage socialization.

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Master’s Child Life Specialist Certification (CCLS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

$20.97 – $38.99 per hour
