Viva Benefits is seeking a Community Success Manager to be the on-the-ground liaison for 200+ resident families across Orlando communities. The role involves onboarding residents, linking them to benefits such as healthcare, financial wellness, and education, and collaborating with property managers.
Flexible scheduling with 10–20 hours per week; some evenings/weekends may be needed. Travel to partner communities is required and compensated with mileage reimbursement.
