Oracle PL​/SQL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team supporting the client’s core tour reservations application,
** Clarity**. This mission-critical system is fully built in Oracle and serves as the backbone of the company’s operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong database development expertise, experience with front-end technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex PL/SQL code within the Oracle environment.
• Design and implement database objects such as tables, views, procedures, triggers, and packages.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and technical team to gather requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Contribute to system enhancements and modernization efforts for the Clarity application.
• Participate in design discussions and share insights to improve processes and performance.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Experience writing web-based software within Oracle environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas within a collaborative team setting.

• Experience working with large, complex, or legacy systems.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in Oracle databases.
• Understanding of database architecture and best practices for secure, scalable solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
