Front End Engineer- Senior Associate

KPMG is currently seeking a Front End Engineer to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality user interface components and features for generative AI applications using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and UX designers to translate wireframes and technical requirements into responsive and intuitive user experiences for Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in peer code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and innovation.
• Take ownership of delivering key front‑end features within agile sprints; work within the established microservice architecture to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Contribute to the improvement of front‑end development practices by identifying and suggesting new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the front‑end stack; ensure reliability and performance of the user interface.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum three years of recent experience in front‑end web development with a focus on building and shipping production‑level applications.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script with deep experience in at least one modern front‑end framework such as Angular or React.
• Solid experience with SDLC best practices and tools including Git for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and working within an agile development methodology (experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with strong analytical skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
