Support a cutting‑edge Cyber Program by guiding the definition, implementation, and delivery of capabilities for U.S. CYBER COMMANDS Persistent Cyber Range Training Environment (PCTE). Based in Orlando, FL
, this role focuses on world‑class solutions in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

• Work through an agile‑based software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
• Recommend solutions and corrective actions for technical and software issues.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to less‑experienced engineering staff.
• Apply software engineering standards and assist teams in system/subsystem development and documentation.
• Adhere to project schedules, technical standards, and design principles.
• Diagnose and debug front‑end and back‑end software issues efficiently.
• Communicate problems and solutions verbally and electronically with the team and external stakeholders.
• Plan, conduct, direct, and evaluate software projects across an agile development cycle.

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in a relevant field and ten (10) years of related software development/design experience.
• Software Development: Hands‑on expertise with Java/C++ and object‑oriented programming. Desired experience with JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, React, Angular, Linux shell scripting, and cloud‑based infrastructures.

• Containerization of applications, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Back‑end development (node.js, Nginx, Apache, database servers).
• Secure web‑based development.
• Agile development process and planning tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Git repositories and Dev Ops principles.
• Database design.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
• Experience with Amazon, Google, or similar platforms.
