You will be the Senior Software Engineer Full Stack for the Hub and Mod Star team. Our team designs, develops, and sustains full-stack applications that power critical MFC missions. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Software Engineer Full Stack you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions while providing technical leadership to the Hub and Mod Star teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications from front-end UI to back-end services.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, championing best practices and high-quality code.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software designs.
* Own the CI/CD pipeline implementation and ensure secure, reliable deployments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain interim secret security clearance to start. Must be a US Citizen.
• Proven experience in full stack web development with a focus on technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Type Script.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database design and development using Object Relational Mapping (ORM).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security testing

• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Azure, and PostgreSQL
