Position: Salesforce Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (Greater Orlando preferred)

Type: Full-time

The Salesforce Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications that support ARS’s clinical, operational, and business workflows.

This role requires not only strong full-stack engineering skills but also the ability to leverage AI-powered development tools —such as Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar assistants —to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows
.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions on Salesforce and integrate with internal and external systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and custom APIs.
• Implement full-stack solutions integrating front-end interfaces and back-end logic using modern frameworks and cloud services.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve development speed, refactor code, generate tests, and enhance documentation.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and secure code.
• Participate in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to deliver robust solutions aligned with ARS’s mission.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stay current on AI-driven development trends and Salesforce platform enhancements.

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
  .
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, REST APIs).
• Strong skills in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Lightning Web Components).
• Experience with back-end development
  , database design, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with AI development assistants (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Familiarity with modern Dev Ops practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, test automation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
• Experience with Node.js ,
  Python , or Type Script .
• Familiarity with API-first design and data integration tools (Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.).
• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance-focused systems is a plus.
