Web Applications Programmer

Fully Remote (Must Reside in the U.S.)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, EST business hours

Contract Length: 6 months with potential extension

Pay Rate: $62-65+/hour

4 Corner Resources is seeking a fully remote Web Applications Programmer. This role focuses on building and supporting modern, user-facing applications that power internal and external platforms. The Front-End Application Developer will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from understanding functional needs to delivering reliable, high-performing solutions. Working closely with technical and non-technical partners, this position plays a key role in enhancing application functionality, resolving complex issues, and supporting ongoing platform improvements.

Strong experience with JavaScript-based frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential.

• Build and enhance front-end components for custom applications and integrated systems
• Translate functional and technical needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application issues, including performance and usability concerns
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code aligned with development best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Support enhancements and refactoring efforts to improve application structure and long-term scalability
• Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality
• Provide consistent progress updates on assigned work and project milestones
• Balance multiple development initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards
• Demonstrate professionalism through strong communication, time management, and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience developing JavaScript‑based applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong experience with client‑side technologies including JavaScript and CSS
• Experience with MVVM/MVC frameworks
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
