We are seeking a full‑time, journeyman‑level Computer Programmer to join our Naval Enterprise Research Data Science (NERDS) team in Orlando, FL.

• Work with a team in a lab environment to develop state‑of‑the‑art, software‑driven training systems.
• Design and implement full‑stack applications (frontend and backend) using Python, Flask/FastAPI, React, Docker, Linux, Bash, AWS, and related technologies.
• Engage in Dev Ops practices: containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/Git Lab).
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy applications, integrating graphics and user interfaces.
• Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts based on specifications.
• Analyze user needs and design software solutions.
• Develop programs to store, locate, and retrieve documents, data, and information.
• Maintain Naval Cyber Security Rules and Regulations and CUI requirements.
• Follow networking (TCP/UDP) and SQL best practices.

• 3+ years performing essential job duties listed above.

• B.S. in computer engineering, computer science or related technical field with strong emphasis on software programming.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
