Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. ICR has opportunities available for experienced and motivated Software Engineers.

• Research, design, development and test of software applications for a variety of systems.
• Understand customer/operational requirements and implement new functionality into software products.
• Develop unit test software to exercise critical aspects of the system.
• Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and use of associated tools.
• Proficient in one or more of Python, C/C++, assembly.
• Knowledge of operating system and embedded system internals, APIs, and ABIs.
• Experience developing client/server based software and network architectures.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience.
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems.

• Active or ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI.
• Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration, such as Git and Docker.
• Experience implementing and integrating cyber security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, integrity, and non-repudiation) into applications.

Salary Range: $90,000- $236,579
