We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Software Engineer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Experience with containerization, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development tools is highly valued. We looking for candidates who are eager to dive into the details, learn quickly, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Make changes and improve the performance of monolith applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and development practices.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, etc.) to improve development efficiency and quality (nice to have).
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and optimization across relational databases.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Experience using AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience working with No
SQL databases such as Mongo
DB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB - Exposure to modern development environments and productivity tools.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience on monolith experience is a plus.

The national average salary range for this role is 90-120k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment.
