We are seeking experienced and professional Master 200GT Yacht Captains to command luxury yachts based in Florida
, the Mediterranean
, the Caribbean
, and Dubai
. This role offers the chance to work with a prestigious clientele while managing yacht operations in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

• Safely command a yacht up to 200GT, ensuring compliance with international and local maritime regulations.
• Manage yacht operations and itineraries tailored to the unique preferences of fractional owners in the designated region.
• Oversee all aspects of yacht maintenance, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, luxury, and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a professional crew, fostering a service-oriented environment.
• Coordinate logistics, including provisioning, budget management, and overseeing refits or repairs when needed.
• Represent the company with professionalism and always maintain discretion.

• Valid Master 200GT license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a captain on luxury yachts of similar size.
• Expertise in operating yachts in one or more of the following regions:
  Florida
  , Mediterranean
  , Caribbean
  , or Dubai
  .
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Commitment to safety, environmental standards, and delivering exceptional service.
• Must be able to clear an extensive background check.

• Experience in fractional ownership or private yacht management.
• Familiarity with advanced yacht systems and modern technology.
• Luxury Charter experience is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
