• Hourly Pay:
  Earn up to $38.00/hour
• Potential for overtime
• Performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually, paid monthly

• Inspect and repair trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and road readiness
• Utilize advanced tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and repairs
• Collaborate with the team while adhering to compliance and safety standards
• Deliver expert service on every repair

• A CDL is preferred but not required
• At least one year of trailer maintenance experience
• A clean driving record and passion for quality work
